BT Sport's coverage of the Man U match
Un fucking believable.

The two 'expert' pundits were Rio Ferdinand and Paul Scholes, and the co-commentator was Owen fucking Hargreaves!

Hargreaves sounded like he was gonna top himself when our goals were going in.

At least try and pretend not to be biased, FFS.

Hasn't this been discussed to death on the match thread?

I’m pretty sure Ferdinand described it as “unfortunate” that Anderson was waiting to put in the cross from Zabaleta. Nice that he remembers playing for us.

I commented on this on the match thread.

Got no time for Rio “ManU this. ManU that.” Ferdinand. All the idiot was banging on about during the World Cup was how they did things at ManU. I’m with H&P. Mass seppuku can’t come soon enough.

Entitled pricks.

I watched the game in Dubai on Bein. Fucking Keys and Gray. Hardly a mention about how well we played. They never started talking about WH pre match until the teams were walking out. Post match the talk was all about Man Utd and no time at all for us. According to them the only reason we won was because MU were so bad. Wankers

another reason why man utd are so hated its all the bias they get when on any tv channel

Re: BT Sport's coverage of the Man U match
Most commentators & pundits were learning about their game during Manchester United's strongest years (of dominance), so it's all they know.

A bit like (some of) us old gits insisting that Leeds United are a big team. Were, not are. Man United are doing a mini-Leeds at the moment. Whether they can buy their way out or not remains to be seen.

I thought exact same thing...'Zab offside' gloom an doom as the goals went in, even Rio surprised me focusing on how poorly United played.

OLD GEEZER

That's all very well, but what will they do when we have half a dozen similar scalps under our belts..?

That will no doubt be when they stop pretending it's luck, and start to talk about who our best players are and how they could fit into the MUFC / Liverpool / Man City sides...

Wankers all...

Re: BT Sport's coverage of the Man U match
Given that the ex-players of Man Utd and Liverpool make upheavals vast majority of commentary teams, it’s harldy surprising that they a mite biased.
Tat said, Ferdinand has definitely forgotten his roots. Scholes is a twat anyway. Would’ve held the world record for red cards if were not a Manc.
NBC coverage was damned good actually. Also had loads of Yank fans from both teams represented quite equally. Rather liked the ‘get the Yank to eat an English breakfast’ segment,
